Counseling for consultants

Many professional colleagues do not want to or can not deal with specific areas of tax-advisory activity due to time restrictions. We therefore offer tax consultants, lawyers and auditors in the following areas:

• Take over or support in opposition proceedings and legal proceedings
• Restructuring of companies and corporate groups within and outside the UmwStG
• Solution of international tax questions and, if necessary, coordination of foreign tax experts
• Support in all classic fields of consulting (including anticipated succession planning, succession planning, legal choice, international tax questions, advice on investment management, in particular real estate)
• Right of foundation, national and international, particularly to Liechtenstein foundations
• Literary research on all fields of consultancy

Mandate protection is self-evident. After consultation with the consultant colleague, we work openly or in the background.
